IPA was very honoured to invite a great expert, Head of Damansara Fertility Centre Malaysia, Dr Colin Lee, to give a talk on various test-tube baby technologies and how genetic engineering and stem cell technology can shape the future of human-race through made-to-order designer babies!

In his talk, Arthur F Carmazzi focused on a theory he developed, called the CBCI (Colored Brain Communication Inventory). He explained that the way our brain processes information or communicates is based on our genes. We are born with it.
