Have you ever wondered why so many people are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on a good spa and massage? This event introduced us to the different types of Body therapy & the effects on our minds and bodies.

Participants received some tips and simple skills to treat spouses or partners in a different way. Self massaging is actually easier than we thought. We were even taught how to prepare our self-made home spa to relax and reduce stresses, while not straining our budget. It was a relaxed sharing session and exercise for everyone!

It was another Friday "letting your hair down" gathering. More than 50 of us were there to mingle and get to know new members. There was a very good storyteller in the crowd, which attracted many ladies to be engrossed in his tales.
