For all participants, thank you very much for spending your Sunday evening with us to celebrate this very special day (IPA's 5th year Anniversary). Another year had passed, and we continue to make progress in many different ways.

This is one of the biggest events we had organised! Despite it being a Sunday, there were more than 200 IPA members and non-members at the party that ended around 11pm. We're all thrilled with the record number of participants.

A total of 70 people turned up and many name cards were exchanged while members mingled. Participants hung around till around 10:30pm, with people forming groups to head off to their next dancing/party sessions at other clubs.

Have you ever wondered why so many people are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on a good spa and massage? This event introduced us to the different types of Body therapy & the effects on our minds and bodies.

Participants received some tips and simple skills to treat spouses or partners in a different way. Self massaging is actually easier than we thought. We were even taught how to prepare our self-made home spa to relax and reduce stresses, while not straining our budget. It was a relaxed sharing session and exercise for everyone!

It was another Friday "letting your hair down" gathering. More than 50 of us were there to mingle and get to know new members. There was a very good storyteller in the crowd, which attracted many ladies to be engrossed in his tales.
