IPA invited a consultant from OTi to give us a talk on "Human Behavior Technology", your key to professional and personal success. We had such a great turnout at the party at Lola. More than 100 people attended the informal and lively gathering. It was a cheerful night with conversations all around and the usual name card exchanges.

In his talk, Arthur F Carmazzi focused on a theory he developed, called the CBCI (Colored Brain Communication Inventory). He explained that the way our brain processes information or communicates is based on our genes. We are born with it. He has categorised these genetic patterns into different colours to make it easier to understand.
