In his talk, Arthur F Carmazzi focused on a theory he developed, called the CBCI (Colored Brain Communication Inventory). He explained that the way our brain processes information or communicates is based on our genes. We are born with it. He has categorised these genetic patterns into different colours to make it easier to understand. And consider that while you may get frustrated or angry at someone for not understanding what you say, you may also be judging them by the colour of their brain.

Studies have shown that when you begin to understand your brain colour, it gives you a new perspective on how it affects others and how people with different brain colours are affecting you. This awareness alone will increase your circle of tolerance, reduce your stress, and create greater rapport with people whether you have known them for years, or you have met them for the first time.
