In his talk about Personality Branding, Patrick Wee emphasized the need to know our values and the importance for other people to know these values. It can help us in distinguishing ourselves among others and bring about a better working relationship with people of similar or complementary values.

Once we "set" our values, it's then time to "announce" it to the world, just like advertising & marketing a product. This can be done in numerous ways, but the essence is branding your personality, so that people know who you are and what you excel in.
